Until about 1981, the Montana University System Joint WRRC consisted of a Director (who was sometimes also the V.P. for Research) and a 7-person Coordinating Council (3 - MSU), (3-UM), and (1-TECH). The Director served as the Executive Director of the Council. The table above lists only the first Council members.
