The Montana Water Center is located on the campus of Montana State University-Bozeman.

The main office is in the Huffman Building (named for Roy Huffman, the Center's first Director). It's located on the northeast corner of Kagy Boulevard and 7th Avenue, near the stadium and the Museum of the Rockies. |
| In June 2007, the outreach team moved into new quarters in the Outreach Annex located in Research Court -- just a short walk from the main office. |
