Hello, I downloaded the Virtual System Explorer successfully and am able to run the program. The only problem that I am having is when I click the "watch the vitural system explorer as a training video" button on the bottom of the screen. When I do it gives me this message: "you have clicked on a link that has opened and external file. To resume this program click on the screen", but id does not open any external link, or play the explorer as a video. How do you get the explorer to play as a video?

I could not download the Operator Basics 2005 program. All I get is the screen that says "now downloading." I click on click here and nothing happens. No error. I do not get the download window.

I need to acquire 30 hours of CEU to retain my Illinois Water Treatment Operator's license "A". Can you send me any CD's that would enable me to meet my requirements? I know the "Operator Basic"s" cd is a CEU approved course, but I'm not sure about the others. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks- Melanie Gossett
