Checking Materials Out

The publication(s), if available, can be sent to you or picked up at the Montana Water Center. Materials will be shipped by US Mail to the address provided, free of charge.

Please note that we can only ship items to addresses within the United States. Our limited resources will not allow us to deliver materials outside the US. We do, however, offer many publications in PDF format that you may download at any time.

Loan Period

You may borrow material for three weeks.

Quantity Loaned

A maximum of five items may be checked out at one time. We will not loan additional materials until the previously borrowed items are returned to the Montana Water Center.

Returning Materials to the Montana Water Center

It is your responsibility to return the loaned material to the Montana Water Center. You may mail them back, at your expense, or return them directly to the Water Center office.

You are personally responsible for borrowed publications until they are returned to this office. Therefore, we suggest you obtain a mailing receipt to verify mailing date and method in case articles are lost in transit. If you lose loaned materials, you must replace them or reimburse the Montana Water Center for the replacement costs.
