This question is regarding Train for water professionals products. If this is not the correct place to ask this questions please let me know were I should.
The Operator Basic Training Series National Version 2003 had subject matter relating to Cross-connection control and backflow prevention. I am unable to locate either the same or updated information in the 2005 version. Is it possible for me to gain access to the 2003 version?

California lists this web site as an approved source for certification renewal contact hours. I'm having a hard time locating anything that mentions contact hours. I have completed the training and when I printed the certificate it entered my user name instead of my real name on the trainee line. I tried again hoping to get to a point where I could change the name. Unfortunately, I now have the only two copies of the certificate with my user name only on it. I need to submit this certificate to my board of certification and am afraid that they will not give me credit for it. Is there any way that I can get a corrected copy of the certificate. Can I enroll again using my name and take the course over again or is there an easier way to do it.
