Important Message to All Training Product Users
As of January 1, 2012, the Montana Water Center staff will be greatly reduced. Consequently, we will not have ANY staff available to answer specific questions or address specific issues with our training products.
We apologize for any problems or inconvenience this may cause, but we just do not have the funding to retain adequate staff in this area.
We do have a very complete and robust FAQ section that addresses most of the common questions and issues, so please use the FAQ as your first and primary resource for help.
Note: We will not have any staff available to answer any emails or phone calls requesting help. So, do not expect to get a reply if you call or email.
In addition, please be sure to test the product you want to use before committing a lot of time and energy to it. There have been reports of data not saving correctly on some Windows 7 machines. There is nothing we can do to fix this issue -- so use the products at your own risk!
We don't anticipate our staffing/funding situation to improve any time soon, but we will post updates if we have any news.
